GARN America

Bill & Denise Easter

Founders of Global Apostolic Revival Network

Bill has pastored two churches in Tennessee, spent ten years on the mission field laboring among Native Americans. Bill was very involved in the Brownsville Revival and has been spreading the fire of God since having an encounter at the revival in 1996.

His first church in Bolivar, Tennessee experienced revival for 25 weeks, with many lives being impacted by the fire of God. While pastoring his second church in Sidonia, Tennessee, God told to Bill to ride a bike across America, praying over state capitals and preaching revivals as he went.

One-and-a-half years and 2500 miles later, Bill wound up in the bottom of the Grand Canyon with the Havasupai Indians. That was on 9/11/01.

In 12/28/01, God spoke to Bill at a Winterfest Ramp service, saying "We go to the desert for just one." Bill was to switch directions from praying for America, which was being done now by the whole nation, to living with the Native Americans.

Bill and Denise were appointed as AG US missionaries, and went to live with the Havasupai for two-and-a-half years. They then moved to the top of the canyon with the Hualapai for three years, during which time Bill started traveling and preaching revivals on many reservations.

Bill believes revival on the reservation is one key to revival in America.

In 2007, Bill had heart trouble and a pacemaker put in. By 2009, we resigned the work in Arizona and headed home to Tennessee to setup headquarters.

From 2009 - 2011, Bill has traveled from East coast to West coast, from Virginia to Alaska, even Mexico, preaching revivals. In 2011, Bill and Denise resigned from the AG US Missions to found Global Apostolic Revival Network (GARN).

Denise and Bill have been married for 28 years. Denise does correspondence with phone calls & emails, and holds down the fort at home while Bill travels.

James Richards

Growing up in a Holy Spirit-filled home, James Richards experienced the power and presence of Jesus on many occasions, with personal encounters that changed his life.

His mother, Rose Richards, when pregnant, had trouble and almost prematurely had him, but Christ prevailed when James' mother dedicated him to God while lying in a hospital bed. When she did that, the trouble stopped, and she saw a cross appear on the wall. With that peace and power from Christ, James was born on April 5, 1986 as a healthy baby boy.

At an early age of 6, James received Jesus Christ as Savior at the drawing of the Holy Spirit. By choice, he asked to be baptized in water at age 8. At the same age, in the heat of revival, he was baptized in the Holy Spirit and fire. With the tongues of God coming out of his mouth, he danced all over the front of the church with waving arms and fire in his heart for God.

James has been spared of accidents many times, and healed of sicknesses that could have ended his life, but Christ's power prevailed. He recounts a time of early age where God's presence came in to heal. He writes:

"I was being tucked in bed with a 103-degree fever, by my mother, who had faith. She read me a Bible passage about a healing of miraculous proportions from one of the 4 Gospels. The presence of God came into the room. My mother asked, "Do you feel that?" I said, "Yes," and she said, "That is the Holy Spirit of God." Within the hour, my fever was gone, and Christ's power and authority had prevailed."

Later on in life, James felt the call to preach and evangelize. He was at a large Christian meeting when he saw multitudes of people in front of him in the Spirit. Jesus asked if he would go, and with a yes, three days later a minister by the name of C.M. McCullough called him with an invitation to minister in his church. With that, James began to preach and sing as a lay minister in different locations.

Soon after, Bill Easter came to his church to preach about missions to Native Americans. The church setup a missions trip to Bill's mission site previously at Truxton, Arizona. While there, James shared his heart and call with Bill. With that, an invitation was given from Bill to travel, and James accepted.

Four years later, James has traveled on-and-off, with ministry continuing at home. Preaching, teaching, prophetic song, and going after the gifts of the Holy Spirit is what James is about. He wants revival to come to America, and a generation to be awakened to God.
